A quote, or a price you can read
Hostaway does not publish a price. Its pricing page asks how many listings you manage, 2 to 14, 15 to 49 or 50 and more, and leads to a conversation; hosts with a single listing are pointed to a separate page. The homepage describes a platform for property managers with AI tools, over 300 integrations, a mobile app, task automation, smart locks, owner statements and a direct booking site builder.
Roomi PMS prints its price: 14.25 EUR per apartment a month for one to three apartments, 11.40 EUR for four to fifteen, 8.55 EUR for sixteen to thirty, and so on down to 4.75 EUR from 81 apartments. The table and three worked examples are on the pricing page, and nothing on this site is behind a sales call except the price for a hotel, which is counted by rooms in Telegram.
Who each product describes itself for
Hostaway's homepage speaks to vacation rental management businesses that want to automate and scale: case studies about tenfold portfolio growth, 24/7 phone support, owner statements, an open API. Roomi PMS speaks to a host with one to a few dozen apartments, a guesthouse or a small hotel in Tbilisi, Almaty, Tashkent or Yerevan, who needs the calendar, the channels, the cleaner and the door code to work in her own language and currency.
Two region-specific points are on this site and not on Hostaway's: Ostrovok connected directly, and an interface in Georgian, Armenian, Kazakh, Uzbek, Kyrgyz and Tajik for cleaners and co-hosts. Prices, expenses and profit stay in GEL, AMD, KZT, UZS or KGS per property.
What is not in Roomi PMS
Say it before the move: Roomi PMS has no direct booking website, no room types or rate plans (each room is its own unit), no online payments from guests and no owner statements module. If those are the reason you looked at Hostaway, they are not here. What is here works at one flat price per apartment.
How to move from Hostaway to Roomi PMS, step by step
Check your contract term with Hostaway first, since their terms are not on the public pricing page, then move the channels one by one.

Find your renewal date and notice period in the Hostaway agreement you signed; the public pricing page does not state them.

Download your reservations and save them as .xlsx, one booking per row with the listing, guest, dates and amount.

Sign up with your email, no card, and add each apartment or room with its currency.

Upload the .xlsx: properties are created, bookings are placed and overlapping dates are highlighted.
