Is Roomi for apartments or for hotels?+
Both. Apartment hosts get every unit on one calendar. Hotels and guesthouses put every room on the same board, with a daily housekeeping board, a lock code for each room and revenue per room.
How much does Roomi cost?+

How does Roomi prevent double bookings?+
A booking from one channel closes those dates on your other connected channels, and the calendar will not let two bookings share one unit on the same night.
Does Roomi work on a phone?+
Yes. Roomi runs in the browser on any phone or computer, and there are apps for iPhone and Android. Cleaners do not need an app at all: they open their task list from a personal link.
Can I move my bookings from a spreadsheet or another system?+
Yes. Upload an Excel file with your bookings: Roomi creates the properties, places the bookings on the calendar and highlights overlapping dates. If you want a hand, message us on Telegram.
Which languages does Roomi speak?+
The app works in 8 languages, including English, Georgian, Armenian, Kazakh, Uzbek, Kyrgyz and Tajik. You and each of your cleaners choose your own.
What happens if a sync breaks?+
Roomi watches your channels, locks and cleaning, and sends you a Telegram alert when something stops working, so you hear about it before a guest does.
