Delete your account and data

App: Roomi. You can ask us to delete your Roomi account and all data linked to it at any time, in the app or by message if the app is already gone from your phone.

Option 1. Request in the app

  1. Open Roomi on your phone or in the browser and log in.
  2. Open the menu and choose Settings.
  3. Open the Account section.
  4. Tap “Request account deletion”.
  5. Add a reason if you want to (optional) and tap “Send request”.
  6. You will see a confirmation that the request was accepted. Nothing else is needed.

Option 2. Message us

If you cannot log in any more, write to us on Telegram: Telegram

  • Say that you want to delete your Roomi account.
  • Give the email address your account is registered with.
  • We will confirm the request with you and delete the data within the same period, no later than 30 days.

What happens after the request

  • The request is registered. Until it is processed, the account works as usual.
  • Within 30 days we process the request: the account and its data are deleted at once and cannot be restored.
  • Changed your mind? Message us on Telegram. Until the request is processed, we will cancel it.

What is deleted

Deleted completely and permanently:

  • Your account and profile: name, email address, phone number, password
  • Properties: addresses, descriptions, prices and stay rules
  • Bookings and their full history, including blocked dates
  • Guest details entered into bookings
  • Channel connections and their access tokens
  • Cleaners, cleaning tasks and lock settings
  • Push notification tokens of your devices
  • The deletion request itself
