What are occupancy and ADR?+
Occupancy is the share of nights booked in a period. ADR is the average price of a booked night. Roomi calculates both for every unit from your bookings.
Is profit calculated?+
Yes. Log expenses per unit and Roomi shows revenue minus expenses, not just turnover.
Do I have to enter the numbers by hand?+
No. Revenue comes from the bookings on your calendar, including bookings from your channels. Only expenses are entered by hand.
How are channel commissions counted?+
You set the commission for each channel once, and Roomi shows what every channel earned after it.
